URBAN FORAGING FOR WILD EDIBLES:
Free Public Event, local farmer Rashel Tremblay led a guided tour of our local edible flora, This tour included a field-guide made for the event.
STRAWBERRY JAM AND BASIC CANNING:
Free Public Event, with Melissa Jane Taylor of Oh My Goodness Food Co., a Canning basics and strawberry jam-making workshop.
PIE WORKSHOP
Grandma’s Apple Pie – baking treats from family recipes At Windsor Residence, Artists Lydia Burggraaf and Amanda White explored their respective family histories in Windsor and Essex county though their Grandmother's and Great-Grandmother's recipes. Focus on Lydia’s endeavor to re-create her Oma’s apple pie.
